We’re Siesta Campers — Southern Europe’s leading premium campervan rental company, with a passion for restored VWs, hand-built camper conversions, and epic road trips. We started with a dream in 2008, and today we’re growing across Portugal and Spain, one adventure at a time.

As we expand into Barcelona, we’re building a new local team — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

**The Role of an Operational Assistant (Barcelona Base)**

You’ll be on the front lines of our day-to-day campervan operations : prepping vehicles, welcoming clients, and ensuring every camper leaves (and returns) in perfect condition. Think of yourself as part host, part detail-obsessed cleaner, part logistics pro.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and clean our campers to perfection, inside and out
- Greet clients, give them a warm welcome, and walk them through how to use their vans
- Handle check-in and check-out inspections with attention to detail
- Flag any damage or maintenance needs, and coordinate fixes
- Help with the operational organisation of our Barcelona base

**Who You Are**:

Flexible and open to travel between Portugal and Spain

**Must-Haves**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (French/German a plus)
- Category B driving license
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or logistics preferred
- Basic admin/computer skills for record keeping and communication
- Willingness to work weekends or shifts, especially in peak season
