**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SP&PT**:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Supporting Month-End/Year-End Close with divisions and others key stakeholders.
- Financial Statement Preparation support: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Management Reporting Support: Contributing to the creation of management reports à Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.and verification of the coherence between accounting & tax information.
- Auditing Support: Liaising with external auditors, providing requested documentation and information.

Tax compliance
- Tax Compliance: Assisting with tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations under the guidance of Tax teams and LCA (Tax Return Preparation and Filing, Responding to Tax Authority Requests, notification Management, Tax Payment Processing )
- Tax Provision Calculation: Assisting the LCA&Tax with the calculation of tax provisions
- Tax Audit Support: Gathering and organizing documentation for tax audits

Accounting Operations and Controls
- Daily Transaction Support: Assisting with the accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Reconciliation: Providing support with bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Internal Controls support: Assisting in maintaining and strengthening internal controls. Ensuring compliance with company policies.

**EXPECTED DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES**:

- Facilitator Multidivision communication with finance team: Ensure smooth communication of financial information, policies, and guarantee Standardized Processes.
- Coordination with Tax: Acting as a liaison between the accounting department and the tax team. This includes scheduling meetings, clarifying queries, and tracking progress on tax-related matters.
- Consolidate strong partnering with BEST Team (mainly R2R, Transactional, I2P, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Internal Control team), being POC at country level.
- Special Projects: Assisting the Chief Accountant with ad-hoc projects related to finance and accounting.
