At **Winning Consulting**, we are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** with a strong background in business consulting to join our team in Madrid. You will be responsible for leading strategic organizational and technological transformation projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end organizational and technological transformation projects.
- Map, design, optimize, and implement business processes.
- Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and innovation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and corporate governance policies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope, time, and budget.
- Manage stakeholders and provide structured project reporting and communication.

**Requirements**:

- ** Minimum 5 years of experience** in business consulting, ideally within large transformation initiatives.
- Experience in the **financial sector** is a plus.
- ** PMP certification** (Project Management Professional) — **highly valued**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- ** English language** mandatory.
