The school now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Teaching Assistant**to join our fantastic Early Years team.

**About the role**
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of children aged one to five. Working under the guidance of a teacher or Early Years Coordinator, you’ll help deliver engaging learning experiences and provide a safe, inclusive environment where each child feels valued. From assisting with lesson planning to supporting children with special educational needs, you’ll be instrumental in helping young learners grow in confidence, independence, and self-esteem. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, contributing to a nurturing and collaborative classroom community.

**This is a permanent, full-time position with a September 2025 start date.**

**Who we are looking for**:

You are a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for early childhood education. A native English speaker with excellent communication skills, you hold a university degree in Early Years, Education, Languages, or a related field. You bring prior experience working with young children and understand the importance of safeguarding and inclusive practices. If you’re ready to support and inspire the youngest learners on their educational journey, we’d love to hear from you.
