**Job Description**:
**MAIN PURPOSE**: Reporting to Pricing coordinator, will be responsible to ensure that BGE remain authoritative and competitive with our pricing whilst maximising margin opportunities. Will be the main point of contact for queries relating to price both internally and externally. Will be accountable for maintaining brand price lists, running pricing reports and entering prices on the system.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Answering Pricing quotations for EMEA on existing BIC items (BGE or BIC Consumer catalogues) or custom made products, either coming from commercial teams or via Manufacturing (Vinci Lab)
- First point of contact for the department regarding any queries relating to pricing from Customer Care or Sales Teams.
- Assistance to Customer Care and Sales Teams in sales opportunities that require a price decrease beyond the rates authorized by Pricing mgt, always ensuring a good profitability and maximising the chances of success for every opportunity.
- Maintain the upload, review and maintenance of all pricing: special pricing for specific customers, promotional prices, specific prices per country or/and cluster, special prices per product, other sales channels (Image, Hospitality, BEX).
- Support to the Pricing Coordinator in tasks related to price update in the system as well as in always providing updated pricing tools for the teams to quote autonomously and without running risks in profitability
- Support Pricing Coordinator on the self-implementation and design of internal pricing tools aimed to improve the department performance or detect mistakes on pricing upload

**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION**:

- ADE or Economist Degree
- English fluent
- High level in Excel
