**A Flavour of What You Will Be Doing**:

- **Lead Local HR Operations**: Own day-to-day HR management for Málaga - from onboarding and contracts to engagement initiatives and office culture.
- **Be the Cultural Anchor**: Help create an environment where people feel welcome, inspired, and proud to work.
- **Talent & Onboarding**: Collaborate with our global TA team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, representing Betsson as an employer of choice in the local market.
- **Employee Experience**: Be the first point of contact for employees - approachable, professional, and proactive in resolving queries.
- **Engagement & Events**: Drive local wellbeing and social activities that reflect Betsson's culture and values.
- **Data & Reporting**: Keep records accurate and processes efficient, ensuring information flows smoothly between Málaga and other locations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Excellent understanding of Spanish labour law and HR operations.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in **Spanish and English**.
- Organised, approachable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident hosting visitors, leading local initiatives, and being the visible HR face of the office.
