To strengthen our team in León, we are looking for you as a **HR Technician**.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support and advise area managers and employees on labor relations matters.
- Support in the study of labor cases, drafting the corresponding HR/RLL documentation (e.g. response to requests, labor changes, agreements...).
- _Support to the HR Management in the dialogue and communications with the Works Councils. Support in the elaboration and design of company policies, regulations and individual and collective agreements. _
- _Design, drafting and sending of general communications, promoting and promoting their dissemination to all levels of the factory._
- _Promotion of the employer brand, following WACKER Group guidelines._
- _Support in relations with educational centers, job fairs, etc._
- _Performance evaluation and talent development._
- _Support in administrative tasks to the rest of the areas of the HR Department: development, training and documentation filing, etc._

**_Your profile_**
- _Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar._
- _Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years._
- _English is an asset._
- _Social and communication skills._
- _Creativity, flexibility, resilience._
- _Ability to work in a team, and proactivity._
- _High organizational skills._
