**HR Assistant**

**Requirement**
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (MUST be fluent in both, written and spoken)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Spanish employment laws
- A minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience
- Relevant qualifications, ideally in HR
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Must be professional and discreet in handling HR related information
- High standard of computer literacy
- A dedicated, hard-working person able to work to their own initiative and ‘get the job done’
- Adaptable to change with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**
- Employee onboarding, liaising with gestorias frequently
- Dealing with HR related issues
- Keeping HR related databases up-to-date
- Preparation and control of documents
- Revision of company documents and policies
- Preparation of new-starter packs, contracts and associated documents
- Absence management
- Return to work interviews
- Organising and maintaining personnel records

**Package**
- Permanent contract, 09.00 - 17.00 or 10.00 or 18.00 Monday - Friday
- Salary €20,000 - 24,000 negotiable, dependent on experience and qualifications
