**Descripción**:
Desde NexttiC estamos trabajando en incorporar de forma estable, un perfil de Service Manager dentro del área de infraestructuras para incorporar en uno de nuestros clientes dedicado a las soluciones y servicios gestionados para el data enter, redes, seguridad, Data Analytics y workplace.
**Conocimiento y/o habilidades requeridos**:

- +5 años de experiência en la gestión de servicios.
- Fuertes conocimientos como gestor de las áreas de Sistemas y Workplace.
- Conocimientos de redes y seguridad.
- Bagaje técnico amplio que permita, cuando sea necesario, tener un nível de interlocución adecuado con las áreas técnicas de BECOMIT y de los clientes.
- Acostumbrado/a a las herramientas de gestión de servicios, ticketing y monitorización (infraestructuras, datacenters).
- Experiência liderando equipos técnicos de todos los níveles.
- Capacidad de gestión y negociación con los clientes.
- Reporting técnico y ejecutivo. Gestión de SLA/OLA, KPIs de servicio.
- Conocimientos de metodología ITIL (procesos de incidencias, cambios, problemas, eventos, capacidad, disponibilidad, continuidad del servicio, níveles de servicio ).
**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestión de las actividades relacionadas con la provisión del servicio (multicliente), con el fin de asegurar que los servicios prestados cumplen con los SLAs acordados con los clientes.
- Coordinación y evolución del equipo técnico.
- Control y seguimiento de los costes de producción del servicio.
- Generación de reportes e informes de servicio.
- Capacidad de liderar equipos que cubran servicios 24x7.
- Mejora continua de los servicios.
- Líder ante incidencias críticas.
- Coordinación continua con su homólogo, el responsable de proyectos.
- Relación con las áreas de negocio y comerciales.

- Contratación indefinida directamente con el cliente.
- Teletrabajo: 1-2 días de teletrabajo posibles.
- Rango salarial: hasta 60K, se valorarán perfiles con más salario.

**Requisitos**:

- +5 años de experiência en la gestión de servicios.
