The scope of this position is for France Fine and Consumer Fragrances Operating Expenses management, with ad hoc support on other regional affiliates:

- Process period end closure for France Fragrances BU and guarantee all operating expenses items/accruals to P&L/Balance Sheet.
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast for expenses and headcount.
- Perform P&L analysis for monthly corporate reporting and answer Corporate and Local questions, mainly related to Operating Expenses.
- Be the local financial partner to EAME Scent Finance Director and to Cost Center managers for any expense purposes.
- Meet monthly with Regional General Managers and other key stake holders of Consumer Fragrance & Fine Fragrance to give updates on headcount and expenses vs budget.

**Scope & Key Responsibilities**
- Controlling - France Consumer and Fine Fragrances BU - 80%
- Perform monthly P&L analysis (cost accounts, expenses and main P&L variances).
- Prepare quarterly/monthly forecast for Operating Expenses of Fragrances BU.
- Prepare annual budget by each cost center and GL account level.
- Alert on major deviations to take appropriate action, including identification of key risks and opportunities in the plan.
- Give regular feedback to Cost Center managers on expense status.
- Other activities - 20%
- Assist in providing any ad-hoc expense reports and/ or analysis for Cost Center Managers.
- Support finance projects and master data maintenance for EAME region.

**Budget responsibilities**
- SG&A expenses: $70-80 million

**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of Financial and/or Controlling Manager experience preferred, ideally in International/ Multinational environment.
- SAP/Business Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Works well with Excel (databases, pivot tables), PowerBI as a plus.
- Fluent communication in English is required.
- Ability to evolve in complex and moving environment.
- Key Competencies: Customer focus (internal), action oriented, strong organizing & planning Abilities (priorities setting).
- Able to work remotely from manager and peers.

**Travel**: Limited.

**Location**: Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. Hybrid model of work (on-site & remote).
