**Job responsibilities**:

- Support the digital team in all the daily tasks of e-retail and e-commerce.
- Assist in the process of opening e-corners of the brand following image guidelines: evaluation of web environment, product files, etc.
- Collaboration in the e-trade plan in both social media and the retailers’ websites.
- Support in monthly reports, including the presentation and analysis of sales, campaigns’ performance, customers’ behavior by reference, benchmark of sites, among other KPIs.
- Participate in the launch of campaigns across websites, in line with the brand’s launching calendar and activations.
- Support the CRM team in the management of campaigns (direct mailers, tracking, reporting, etc.) and Loyalty program needs (gifts, stock control, etc.).
- Analysis and monitoring of the competitors’ websites and benchmarks.

- Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.

**PROFILE NEEDED**
- **MAIN STUDIES**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising or related field. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
- **LANGUAGES**:English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
- **IT TOOLS**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point). Knowledge of Adobe Pack and/or CRM platforms is considered a plus.
- **EXPERIENCE**:Previous professional experience in e-retail and/or digital marketing positions will be considered a plus.
- **Important: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.**

Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
