**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
The Commercial Counsel is a partner and trusted advisor to the Amdocs EMEA Division.
S/he is responsible to provide legal support for all commercial activities performed within the accounts that s/he oversees.
**What will your job look like?**:
You will provide advice, draft legal documents, be a central and key figure in the process of negotiating agreements with global corporations worldwide, participate in decision making processes and promote compliance.
You will collaborate with other Amdocs units and with Amdocs’ customers.
**All you need is...**:
- Juris Doctor/LL. B. plus admission to at least one bar association. International L.L.M. is an advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial law gained from global high-tech companies or private law firms (advising international clients).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-facing orientation.
- Ability to reach agreement on strategic matters with others, in and outside the organization, that have widely differing perspectives and objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Thinking. Ability to solve problems by using a logical, methodical, step-by-step approach whole giving significant attention to detail.
- Stress Management. Capable of effectively managing and adapting to the stress and demands that are associated with the job and the work environment.
- This position requires travel and participation in negotiations abroad.
