**Your role in the team**
Atea Managed Services consists of more than 1300 employees in five countries, delivering managed services from the whole IT infrastructure spectrum to customers in the Nordics and Baltics. We offer a place to develop your expertise and where each day offers new challenges to solve together with your colleagues and customers.

As a Data Analyst you will be part of a Nordic team utilizing the power of all Atea’s data sources to enlighten the business with new process insights. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our continual process improvement. You have the knowledge to translate a business need into measurable data points and KPI:s. You maintain an overall map of data sources and use your data analytics skills to extract data from the right source and present it in an understandable format. You also contribute with your BI knowledge to help data source owners improve their data quality and structure.

**What are we looking for in you?**
Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. You are an analytical person who prefers to work in a well-structured way, you take full responsibility for your tasks and structure your work independently to achieve our goals. As a part of a Nordic organization, you get to make use of your excellent communication skills to make data understandable in all levels of a large and complex organization.

To success in the role as Data Analyst you should have the following skills:

- Extensive knowledge and proven practice to use MS Excel for data analytics
- Experience to use Power BI or similar data visualization tool for BI purposes
- Basic statistical and mathematical knowledge
- General knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, or higher
- Excellent communication skills in English

Skills not mandatory, but desirable, are:

- Knowledge in SQL language and experience in writing queries for data analytics purposes
- ServiceNow in general, and specifically Performance Analytics
- Previous experience in extracting data from Microsoft systems such as Azure, SAP, Sharepoint Online and SQL
