Bring along your knowledge, your enthusiasm, and your dedication and take charge as Data Clerk - Business Partner Master Data. As (dotted line) member of the global Axpo Procurement Excellence organization, you will be responsible for the availability and accuracy of business partner master data. Your daily duties include the creation and change of business partner master data in the TIBCO EBX data management system, the review of master data changes to ensure data quality and the support of business users in master data related issues.
**What you will do**:
- You will create, update, block and archive business partner master data items in the TIBCO EBX system and ensure all actions are reflected in S/4
- You ensure that the creation and change of business partner master data items follow defined business and data governance rules
- You are going to perform mass data updates, data verifications, cleansing activities and much more
- You support our business users and resolve data related issues and answer questions
- You identify and propose data quality, process or system improvement opportunities and support embedding these in the governance rules of the Data Domain
- You are supporting training activities for peers and business users
**What you bring & who you are**:
- You have a university degree or you have 3 years of experience in a similar position
- You distinguish yourself through your high attention to detail, accuracy and your excellent analytical skills
- You are experienced in managing business critical data in enterprise systems
- You bring expertise in Tibco EBX and/or SAP Ariba enterprise systems
- You are an expert in Excel
- You are proficient in English, German is a nice to have
