What you’ll do

We are looking for an F&B operational intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of F&B, you’ll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests.
- Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.
- Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements.
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
- To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
- To be knowledgeable about products available.
- Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.
