- Position Overview:_
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager in the area of Data & Analytics to drive the adoption of our services across all functions and business divisions. In this pivotal role, you will co-create innovative capabilities and ensure efficient platform steering while acting as an evangelist for data literacy and democratization across the enterprise. You will define the services from conception through launch and retirement, ensuring that our analytical solutions provide maximum value for the company._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- _Lead the overall success of analytical solutions and EDA service offerings throughout their lifecycle._
- _Co-develop platform strategies focusing on data democratization, ensuring cohesive service offerings._
- _Oversee the build and launch of digital analytical solutions in collaboration with capability teams, software engineers, data engineers, and designers in an agile environment._
- _Drive cross-functional initiatives with Digital Leads and divisional Management and Commercial teams._
- _Engage in strategic projects to accelerate data democratization capabilities._
- _Provide use case-driven advisory to our stakeholders._
- _Manage the product backlog, prioritize work to achieve strategic vision, and align team priorities with business outcomes._
- _Perform stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication of the platform vision and strategy to key stakeholders._
- _Analyze divisional and functional requirements, tailoring service offerings to enhance user adoption._
- _Transform legacy landscapes into digital platforms for data-driven decision-making._
- _Monitor market trends and innovations in analytical solutions to meet evolving business demands._

- Qualifications:_
- _University degree in business, computer science, or a comparable field, or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent practical experience._
- _7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong background in data and analytics._
- _2+ years of experience with Agile development and DevOps practices._
- _Experienced in technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SAP BW_
- _Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery._
- _Strong relationship-building skills with technical/platform teams and business stakeholders._
- _Experience in developing product vision, roadmaps, and strategies._
- _Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills._
- _Familiarity with Design Thinking, user-centered design, and agile methodologies._
- _Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering digital solutions in complex environments._
- _Excellent analytical, management, and organizational skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities._
