**The Project**
Control and monitoring of maintenance and refit works projects in stores, sis, offices and showrooms of the company.
**What will the role entail?**
- Coordinate and supervise the preventive and reactive maintenance actions of the facilities of all the company's properties (stores, offices, corners -Corte Inglés
- and showrooms) working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - GMAO system.
- Analyze, evaluate and address maintenance incidents Management of costs
- Supervise the coordination of the activities of suppliers
- Project Management for store closures and small refits
- Promote the implementation of improvements in your area to guarantee optimal achievement of results.
- Education Level: Architectural Design, Industrial Engineering
- Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
- Languages: Spanish and English
- Technical Requirements: Excel and AUTOCAD
- Job Competences: Organizational skills, Proactivity, Adaptability & Flexibility
- Must have a basic understanding of construction systems.
- A minimum of 2 years working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
- A minimum of 2 years working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - CMMS system.
