**Responsibilities**:
**Key Action Areas**:
- Support IE University’s students staying in the Residence, as well as their families and other residents.
- Collaborate with other IEU departments, such as services and maintenance, to ensure the good condition of the facilities.
- Manage the laundry service of the bedding.
- Ensure compliance of residence regulations and proper use of the facilities.
- Perform administrative tasks and telephonic support.
- Communications with residents and their families.
- Monitor Residence access.
- Covering rotational and weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and oral)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using Office 365 and Outlook.
- Team player.
