Role Purpose:
We are recruiting a Reporting Analyst to join our newly created global Finance Controlling department.

You will report to the Controlling Director also based in Bilbao, and be part of the controlling team distributed between Bilbao and Antwerp. This role will interact with colleagues across all' Sibelco locations.

As the department is new, you will work on producing reports of high standards using Power BI and ensure data accuracy by collaborating with other internal teams.

We are therefore looking for someone comfortable working in an environnment where processes still need to be set-up and where there may be ambiguity on a day-to-day basis.

**Responsibilities**:
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports, incl. variance analysis and relevant, insightful and accurate commentary- Conduct scenario analysis and modelling using data visualization tools to support business decisions- Monitor performance and provision of regular insight into the drivers of performance, highlighting opportunities to maximize growth- Provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management and analytics to understand drive business performance.- Create and maintain dashboards and standard management packs- Ensure budget / forecasting, business review, and other management reporting deadlines are met- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis, as required to support decision making- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures- Ensure documentation of relevant processes is created and maintained

Your profile:
- You already have experience using PowerBI in a professional environnment (you’ll be expected to use Power BI from the start, so we are unable to consider beginners for this position).- You have good level of English to communicate with senior stakeholders across the business.- Pro-active, you enjoy taking initiatives to drive things forward and make improvements.- You are at ease with ambiguity to deal with changing business needs and priorities.- Execution driven, you are comfortable meeting deadlines.
