JOB DESCRIPTION:
The events & CSR department is a sub department of HRs has a global function in the company. By evaluating the tradeshows at a global level, we assess the need to attend it both in mature and emerging markets. By managing the presence of the different brands of the HBG group we ensure the company is represented properly according to the different business units’ image and the brand values. We as well are in charge of all the internal communication regarding the tradeshow, developing tools and motivating people to be as transparent as possible in the ROI of the meetings generated at the tradeshows, the pre, during and post communication is key to the success of the tradeshow. Key to choose the right suppliers, from the accommodation to the stand builders, negotiating to get the best spaces in the tradeshow floor and getting the best prices. Staying in budget is a must

Responsibilites:

- Managing worldwide tradeshow presence & attendance, contacting suppliers, helping the design team achieve their goals by communicating with the suppliers, communicating with the attendees to the tradeshow and having a global view.
- Managing the event back office and processes, reviewing them periodically. Process payments and follow up in all the topics involved in attending tradeshows worldwide.
- Organizing volunteering activities leading the relation with different NGO
- Support our Carbon Neutral Programs: reducing, measuring and reporting carbon footprint
- Attends and manages worldwide events/tradeshows, being active part of the running of the event/tradeshow and making it a success.
- Representing all brands, Hotelbeds, Roiback ,BTB, Bedsonline, etc

**Skills**:

- Desirable: event, PR, or CSR background.
- Organization skills: Excellent
- English: Advanced. Other language a plus.
- Computer skills (office programs): Advanced
- Event software knowledge: Strong
- Experience in events & tradeshows
- Project Management Skills: Advanced
