Ejecución end-to-end de proyectos de Advanced Analytics siguiendo la metodología CRISP-DM. Además, colaboración estrecha con los stakeholders de negocio para crear soluciones de datos que aporten valor a la compañía impactando en los KPIs importantes.
Liderar y mentorizar a los perfiles más juniors dentro del equipo.
Guiar y colaborar en la estrategia de MLOps de la compañía.
Contribuir en la cultura y metodología del equipo de Data Science.
Idear e innovar proponiendo nuevos proyectos y/o formas de trabajo, entre todos creamos y evolucionamos el área.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería del dato y análisis dentro del departamento de DATA.
Interés y proactividad para ser referente en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa con conocimiento en LLMs.

**Requirements**:
Diplomatura, Licenciatura o Grado en Estadística, Matemáticas, Física, Informática, Ingeniería o similar.
Experiência de al menos 5 años trabajando como Data Scientist y/o Machine Learning Engineer. Y deseable de haber estado por lo menos 1 año en un rol similar al de Lead/Senior Data Scientist.
Conocimiento profundo en Machine Learning (Aprendizaje supervisado, aprendizaje no supervisado, series temporales, NLP, etc) y en lenguajes de programación (principalmente, SQL, Python y Pyspark, aunque valorable R, SAS, Scala, etc).
Experiência en entornos cloud, fundamentalmente en Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y/o AWS, aunque valorable Azure.
Dominio de BBDD relacionales y SQL, por ejemplo, Redshift o Big Query.
Conocimientos MLOps.
Experiência en control de versiones de código con Git.
Proactividad para aportar en el departamento y ganas de aprender y colaborar con los compañeros.
