Cocomore is not only a digital agency providing products and communication services for international clients like Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Rabobank, Samsung or Sanofi. Cocomore is also an incubator for digital start-ups, so far sold to Deutsche Telekom, Axel Springer and Pro7Sat1.

We are looking for you as a **Senior** **Project Manager (all genders)** to work remotely or in one of our offices.

**What** **you will contribute**:

- Lead the design and development work on a digital platform for a very renowned client with cross-functional teams, several partner agencies and several stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to always chase the best possible outcome by following a joint vision.
- Drive constant optimization of the way we work, in the project, cross-department, and as a partner for our client.
- Constantly manage stakeholder expectations and communicate transparently around budget, timings and scope.
- Empower the project teams by leveraging your expertise around communication workshops, retrospectives and other team building activities.
- Provide stability and clarity around topics surrounded in complexity and uncertainty.

**What you have to bring**:

- five years of proven project management experience in software development, ideally web development with several stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in increments and empowering a team to do so.
- Experience in working with Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
- Very good and relevant English language skills (C1).
- Experience with digital platforms.
- You highly enjoy working in an environment with flat hierarchies and are a true motivator and mediator for your colleagues.
