**Tu compañía** Multinacional líder en el sector Retail - Centros Comerciales busca incorporar un Client Operations Manager / Project Manager que lleve la gestión operativa de sus espacios publicitarios a su equipo en Madrid. **Tu nuevo puesto** - Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la gestión operativa y técnica de los espacios publicitarios. - Gestionar todo el proceso de reservas, diseño de los espacios en conjunto con el equipo creativo, gestión de riesgos, proceso de instalación de los materiales, merchandising, elaboración de informes de satisfacción... - Presentar los espacios a los clientes in situ, conociendo todas sus características y detalles. - Coordinar con los equipos técnicos el montaje e instalación de los recursos y con el personal de los centros comerciales. - Crear procesos operativos para asegurar que todos los clientes reciben un trato excelente. - Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a través de feedback y evaluación. - Gestionar las relaciones con los media partners. - Preparar informes semanales y mensuales de actividad y presupuesto para el equipo, los clientes y la compañía). **Requisitos del puesto** *** - Licenciado en Empresariales, Marketing, Comunicación o similar.
