Our new Data Center development based in Madrid, Spain requires an experienced - Document Controller.

Your duties will include:

- Management of all vital documents which should be classified, managed and stored in accordance with company procedure.
- Responsible for the security; retention, accessibility and destruction issues of all site documentation.
- To promote good governance through good document management of current and historical documents and records regardless of format.
- To ensure accurate identification and retrieval of information.
- To ensure the disposal of Records (both paper and electronic) at earliest opportunity once they have no further legal, financial, administrative or archival function.
- To reduce unnecessary duplication of information held.
- To pro-actively approach to streamline working practices and encourages the practice of sharing information electronically using EDMS to reduce paper production.
