Join DIW Print as Our First Sales Representative in Barcelona

We are DIW Print - _DIW stands for _**D**_o _**I**_t _**W**_ow._ We specialize in luxury cardboard packaging, mainly for cosmetic and alcohol brands. At DIW, we believe packaging should stand out and make a lasting impression.

Our production facility is located in the Slovak Republic, and we ship across Europe. In 2025, we are expanding to the Barcelona area, and to ensure a successful launch, we are looking for a new team member to help us build client relationships, manage sales, and deliver exceptional service.

**Purpose**
Drive DIW’s entry and growth in Spain by building trusted relationships with decision-makers in luxury packaging and luxury private labels. Transform prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) with clear technical briefs (specifications), accelerating DIW’s pipeline new market leads, grow relationships with customers with reoccurring revenue.

**Key Responsibilities - your role**
- Identify, contact, and engage potential B2B clients in Spain (initially Barcelona and Zaragoza).
- Build deep understanding of client business models, research how DIW’s WOW-effect solutions can help prospects to higher margins.
- Qualify prospects into SQLs with precise specifications for quotation.
- Coordinate with the Bratislava team to ensure timely delivery of samples, technical feedback, and quotes.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline with all client interactions, meeting notes, and win/loss insights.
- Represent DIW at industry events, fairs, networking events and client premises to strengthen market presence.

This role requires a high degree of independence and a willingness to learn. It's ideal for someone motivated, passionate about beautiful products, and enthusiastic about meeting new people and building connections.

**Profile**
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian or French is preferred.
- Willingness to learn B2B sales experience in packaging, luxury goods, or creative industries.
- Self-driven, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Passion for quality and detail.
- Cultural fluency in Southern European business practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilience, and the ability to sell value-based, premium solutions.
- Experience in printing is a **big advantage** but not required.

**Required time**: 16 - 24 hours per week

**Rewards**:
**Base pay**:
10 € / hour for work with clients (calls, meeting, CRM notes, research)

6 € / hour for traveling time to clients and training time online or in factory

**Strategic milestone rewards**:
400 € bonus for each milestone check

**Other costs**: Payments for food and drink and travel costs regarding client visits, up to 400 € per month.
