**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused Pet Travel Agent to join our team at Premier Pet Travel, a leading international pet transport company based in Málaga, Spain. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, providing expert advice on pet transportation, and converting leads into bookings. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about animals and has a knack for sales and client relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Engagement:

- Responding to enquiries from prospective customers, explaining our services, processes, and pricing.
- Understanding the specific needs of each client and providing tailored solutions for the safe and comfortable transport of their pets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assisting and advising clients with all relevant paperwork, including entry requirements, regulations and veterinary documentation.

Collaboration:

- Working closely with the team to ensure accurate communication and to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Communicating with external agents, brokers and couriers to establish the most cost effective and convenient solutions for our clients.
- Assisting in creating marketing and promotional projects to attract new customers.

Administrative Duties:

- Accurately recording client & pet information, documentation and contracts on the shared drive.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the transportation, pet care, or logistics industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Passion for animals and a deep understanding of their care and transport requirements.
