Qualifications:
**Technical Experience**
- General Hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnostic.
- PC software installations and troubleshooting.
- 2nd /3rd level IT support (Analysis and problem-solving).
- MS Operating System (Windows 10)
- Office 365 suite (Office Applications, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Active Directory and O365 administration
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VoIP and VLAN configuration.
- Protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, and ISDN).
- Desktop Endpoint Protection.
- IT Security principles and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- PC acquisition, deployment, customer request support, and asset tracking and disposal.
- User account administration and management on Active Directory and O365.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a Local Area Network environment and provides backup support to the Network Administrator as needed.
- Maintain IT Hardware and software asset register.
- Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.
- Priorities respond and resolve incidents in an efficient manner according to the impact on the business.
- Escalate issues which can’t be resolved, including liaison with external support contractors where necessary.
- Software installation and PC configuration.
- Provide advice, assistance and training to other IT members and end users.
- Telephone systems management and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with vendors on warranties, replacements, and general support.
- Participate in the creation of department process and procedures, and system documentation.
- Provide support to Americold remote locations.
- Provide on-call (out-of-hours) support.
**Further Responsibilities**
- Engage with the planning and implementation of IT Projects, providing additional hours/weekend support where necessary
- All team members are expected to provide secondary cover / backup for other members of the team to ensure a high level of overall customer service.
- To undertake other duties that may arise from time to time as directed and to meet the needs of the business
