To face the next challenges, we are looking for a WFM Junior Planner.

**Your missions**:

- Create the planning model according to flows, key performance indicators and resource availability for the whole company across different verticals
- Optimise planning by activating the levers at disposal according to the business requirements (mutualisation, holidays, destaffing,...)
- Ensure that the planning meets the requirements in terms of business objectives and needs
- Ensure that all operational constraints are taken into account in the parameters of our planning tool (Sites, Schedules, Vacation,...)
- Requests and Time Off Management
- To supervise the proper validation of vacation days requests
- Monitor and continuously adapt the availability of holidays at the destination of our teams according to the needs and the volume of work projected
- Handle requests sent by the different managers regarding the planning of their teams
- Mid-Term Management : ensure new hires have the necessary tools available to perform their duties
- Maintain the parameterisation and accuracy of our planning tool so that all agents and planning files are aligned with the field reality
- Integrate online and offline activities within the entreprise resource planning tool
- Verify and integrate forecasts for all activities within the planning tool
- Promote accurate and broad communication on the plan for upcoming special dates and events

**Your profile**:

- 0-3 years experience in planning
- Ability to work in English. French or Spanish is a must
- Ability to master new tools quickly
- Curiosity and analytical spirit
