Reporting to the Controlling Manager your main responsibilities will be:

- Key role in the monthly closing processes, supporting and collaborating with the local financial departments and the Shared Service Center
- First point of contact for questions regarding your area’s performance (sales, margin & profit)
- Business and Financial Reporting (by business unit, customer, destination, product)
- Creation of ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of budgets and rolling forecasts, in close cooperation with other teams
- Understand market and business drivers and give meaning to financial information to provide appropriate decision support to the management team and stakeholders
- Add value to the business and decision-makers by proactively doing profitability reviews and identifying deviations, and also by sharing best practices and providing trainings
- Actively contribute to identify business potentials, business risks as well as opportunities for process improvements, and ensure data quality in financial platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or similar, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in financial or business analysis, cost-controlling or experience in tourism sector.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and high affinity for the use of IT and BI tools. Experience with MS Dynamics and/or Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in English, both in written and spoken. Additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a plus
- Independent, structured, proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Analytical and conceptual way of thinking, with excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders across functions
- Experienced in working in cross-functional teams and international environments
