**Career Services Assistant**

**Temporary contract **/ Marbella, Spain

**Requirements**:

- ** **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience in hotels
- Customer Services oriented personality
- Good administrative skills, MS Office, Excel
- Fluent in English & Spanish, other languages are a plus

**Career Services Department**

The career services department at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education is the department in charge of coordinating the Internship semester included in every program delivered at the institution.

The internship semester is validated through the successful completion of the Professional Development Course and the Online Internship Course.

The department provides important resources that allow students to be better prepared for the process of searching for an internship opportunity (CV Review, LinkedIn profile, how to prepare for an interview, etc.) and guide the students through the process.

Career Services is the link between the industry and the students and organizes every semester On Campus Recruitment Days with employers from all over the globe.

**Main Responsibilities of the Career Services Assistant**
- Student Relations: Provide service & information to students on matters related to Career Services, be the first point of contact for students at the Front Desk of the department.
- Industry Relations & Events Coordination: Assist in the organization of events, such as company presentations/ Career Fairs. Hotel room reservations, classroom reservations, coffee and tea facilities supervision, students interview list, hosting partners visiting the school or accompanying during meals.
- Other Career Services tasks or assignments established by the head of the department.
