- Be a dynamic product manager shaping and implementing the future of dsm-firmenich digital products in our Intellectual Property and Regulatory compliance domains.
- Facilitating key enabling functions to effectively and efficiently support our business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

**Your key responsibilities**

- Develop and manage the product roadmap for our IP and Regulatory Digital Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creation, R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define product requirements and specifications.
- identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful product integration and support.
- Provide support to internal teams and customers on product features and functionalities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.

**You bring**

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (5y+) in the information systems domain, preferably within the Process industry, i.e., nutrition, health, fragrance, or Consultancy, etc.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Project management &/or scrum certification(s).
- Fluency in English.
