The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Marketing Trainee role will make an impact:

- Coordinate the process of delivery of promotional materials to the sales team.
- Support the marketing team in the creation of promotional materials with the COE.
- Support events and congresses.
- Coordinate Business Unit meetings and events with customers.
- Management and follow up of contracts with vendors, HCP.
- Support in the digital tactical plan for each part of the business.
- Control and monitoring of marketing budget expenditure.
- Market Analysis, Viatris performance and Competitors: sell-out data, investment, pharmacy benchmark, social media, etc.
- Support in the monthly forecast review.
- Added Value services coordination with sales team and support.
- Added Value services competitor’s benchmark.
- Support the marketing team with the business in their daily responsibilities.

About Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Currently being enrolled in a Master’s degree course in a Marketing related area.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- Collaboration agreement between the University and the company.
- Skillful with processes and tools.
- Good understanding of marketing principles.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Organizational skills.
- Good teamworking skills.
- Prioritization.
- Analytical skills.
