Job Purpose:
The Demand Planner must be able to provide the company a 24-month rolling forecast, integrating all commercial activities, and building blocks through a forecasting method which considers historical and statistical information.

He/she must lead the forecasting process on the mid/long term horizon in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply and Customer Service, being able to improve the forecast accuracy with the correct gap analysis and constant communication within the different areas.

Also, will be in charge of leading the monthly Forecast review meetings, working with sales, marketing, commercial excellence and finance teams

Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead the demand planning process for a 24-month horizon.- Promote a detailed knowledge of all components of the forecast demand:
1. Statistical baseline

2. Promotion and repacks uplifts and cannibalization

3. Sales and Marketing intelligence

4. New product introduction follow up

5. Consumption, stock in trade and market data- Own and improve market forecast accuracy, forecast bias, statistical forecasting percentage KPI’s and forecast completeness. Complete full root cause analyses and build mitigation plans for key issues impacting performance.- Manage an effective product lifecycle management process: maintain product status from pro-launch to obsolete.- Review slow-movers and obsoletes (SLOBS) on a monthly basis, concerning root-causes and sharing any potential actions to reduce SLOB value with commercial/marketing teams.- Lead continuous improvement throughout CCC process.- Build strong network of contacts with managers in the organization.- Driving a close collaboration with inventory planners and planning hubs to manage launches and inventory

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance or Administration. Ideally qith an area of Specialisation in Demand / Supply Planning / Operations management.- Demonstrated experience in demand planning (+3 years of experience in Supply Chain).- Language: Spanish, English Fluent.- Understanding of sales/commercial processes.- Knowledge or experience in other supply chain areas: Customer service, logistic, procurement.- Excel advanced.- SAP/planning module tools.- Strong Analytical negotiation and influencing skills.- Exceptional interpersonal skills.- Able to create cross-functional partnership.
