**Location**: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)
**Role**: German Content Moderator
**Salary Range**: €24,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
**Schedule**: 38.5 hours per week
**Working Hours**: Fixed shifts - Morning (08:00-16:00) or Afternoon (16:00-00:00)
**Work Days**: Monday to Sunday (2 consecutive days off per week)

We are looking for German-speaking professionals to join a dynamic and inclusive team in Barcelona as Content Moderators. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a safer digital environment while growing professionally in a vibrant international setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and assess user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform policies and guidelines
- Monitor for harmful, inappropriate, or non-compliant material
- Take appropriate moderation actions to support a safe user environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and content standards
- Native or C1 / C2 -level proficiency in German, with advanced English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive material
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
