What will your challenges be?
Coordinate and lead the medical affairs team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and medical societies.
Stay updated with the latest scientific developments and bring relevant insights to the company
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentand synergy.
Develop and implement medical plans to drive short and long-term engagement with healthcareprofessionals and increase brand awareness..
Propose innovative strategies and initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
Analyze market insights and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Drive success in congress participation by overseeing planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
Take on global responsibility, including liaising with affiliates and export partners to ensurealignment and consistency in medical marketing efforts.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
**Education**: University medical degree.
**Experience**: Over 5 years experience in a similar role.
**Languages**: English - High Level.
**Others**: Availability to travel.
