Role Purpose:
Part of the Landlords & Site Management team, responsible among others for the relationship with the Owners of the locations where our infrastructures are placed.

**As a Specialist Network Deployment, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibities**:

- Definition and implementation of renewal actions of our lease in contracts, and assurance of the relationship with the landlords, aligned with the Company's Real Estate strategies.
- Definition and implementation of new operating processes in relation to Site Management, internal within the unit and with our Clients.
- Coordination and monitoring of the agencies that support this activity. Adapt current incentive models to the new environment.
- Participation in the Deployment processes of our Clients in our locations, ensuring aspects related to property management and ensuring compliance with the commitments acquired.
- Responsible for the management of existing framework agreements and the development of new framework agreements with local and national multi-location landlords
- Market prospecting work that allows to maximize the efficiency of our activity.
- Participate in working groups together with colleagues from other countries from other Group companies with the aim of implementing common projects and identifying and implementing best practices

**What do you bring?**
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Law or Business Administration
- English (B2 recommended).
- Results driven
- Office tools (Excel, etc), PowerBI
- Deep knowledge of the Real Estate sector in Spain
- Experience in managing suppliers or networks of Agencies and teams in the Real Estate sector.
- Experience in managing framework agreements with Owners with relevant volumes of sites.
- Real Estate experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Experience in managing Income Capitalization Projects (GLBO, RoU)
- Communication - ensure effective communication with all areas involved, generating a constructive and positive work environment
- Ability to build positive and constructive professional relationships, both within the area and with its main Clients and Suppliers
- Problem solving, data analysis skills
- Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations.
- Innovation and Creativity. High understanding of technological and commercial challenges and recommendation of innovative solutions. Ability to analyze the feasibility of new proposals and guarantee their implementation
