We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate (Intern) to support our early talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives. If you're passionate about recruitment, digital marketing, and employer branding, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:

- Assist with the recruitment team, from drafting and posting job descriptions to piplining.

Early Talent Attraction:

- Support career fairs, university events, and networking sessions to increase employer visibility among students and recent graduates.
- Develop engaging materials for campus recruitment initiatives.

Employer Branding:

- Create engaging employer branding content, including social media posts, blog articles, video interviews, and employee testimonials.
- Collaborate with recruitment marketing teams to design and execute branding campaigns.
- Assist in managing the company’s careers page and LinkedIn presence.
- Analyze employer branding effectiveness using engagement metrics.
- Create a monthly newsletter featuring success stories of employees who’ve grown within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and able to craft engaging content for social media and branding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Previous internship experience in HR, marketing, or recruitment is a plus.
