- **OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:

- Realizar tareas y análisis de consultoría de negocio para la implementación de las diferentes aplicaciones informáticas que ayuden al usuario a gestionar sus procesos y permitan obtener los datos resultantes de las diferentes transacciones.
- Desarrollar o gestionar el desarrollo de las aplicaciones.
- ** FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Realizar tareas de análisis y consultoría de negocio para implementar o adaptar las diferentes aplicaciones de negocio existentes y facilitar la gestión de las transacciones realizadas por los usuarios y que tienen un reflejo a nível de sistemas de información.
- Dar soporte informático de segundo nível a todos los usuarios, en el ámbito de Navision, Sharepoint o cualquier otra aplicación relacionada con la gestión de procesos de negocio, resolviendo consultas, dudas o incidencias de forma personalizada.
- Conjuntamente con los otros consultores del área intervenir en el desarrollo de mejoras y resolución de incidencias de las aplicaciones.
- Desarrollar mejoras de programación e informes.
- Realizar sesiones de formación a usuarios internos, tanto a nuevas incorporaciones como en el reciclaje de otros usuarios.
- Desarrollar documentación de uso interno o manuales que faciliten adquirir el conocimiento de la aplicación a los usuarios.
- Colaborar proactivamente en la definición, desarrollo y organización del departamento de sistemas de información y por extensión, de la empresa. Ayudar, en concreto, a los nuevos miembros del departamento a entender la organización y el departamento.

Requisitos mínimos

**PERFIL ÓPTIMO**

1 Formación académica
- Formación: o FPII, Módulo profesional en Informática de Gestión, Ingeniero Técnico Informático o similar.

Cursos de usuario y programación en MS Dynamics BC/Nav (Navision)
- Conocimientos técnicos:
Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Dynamics - BC / Nav o Desarrollador en C/AL,.Net, elaboración de formularios e informes Navision.

Ofimática y gestión: MS Office 6

Formación específica y conocimiento adicionales:

- Gestión de Microsoft SQL y Microsoft Access
- Gestión de MS Sharepoint
- Conocimientos de metodología ITIL
- Conocimientos de herramientas ETL y BI

Idiomas: - Inglés a nível medio

Experiência:

- 1 año en departamento técnico informático, de empresas de tamaño medio (150 usuarios), desarrollando tareas de soporte presencial y telefónico en el ámbito de ERP’s.
