JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role will play a vital role in developing and maintaining analytical tools and models that support pricing decisions across the group. It will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business performance and profitability optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pricing analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in our market positioning- Create and enhance pricing analytical tools using Excel and SQL- Analyse client & supplier profitability and provide recommendations for pricing optimization- Support the implementation of near real-time pricing decision tools- Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to inform pricing strategies- Collaborate with finance teams to provide analytical support for forecasting- Build and maintain automated reporting solutions for pricing performance tracking- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic pricing decisions
Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools- Programming skills in SQL and Snowflake (preferred)- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly- Fluent English, both written and verbal-
- Minimum 2 years in pricing analysis or related analytical role
