**Your role and work environment**:
**Customer in Life** is focused on accompanying our clients in their day-to-day operations with their investment, lending and account products. To achieve this mission, we are looking for a Broker Process Expert (order settlement and financial events) to help us manage the day-to-day, generate efficiency initiatives and define the ideal process to achieve our goals.

As a **Customer in Life expert**, you will bring all the necessary business knowledge and skills within the teams to make the shared purpose a reality.

**Your key responsibilities**:
The main activities will be:

- Manage the Investment Products daily operations (broker & mutual funds)
- Reconciliation, incidences management, operative questions and doubts attention
- Financial event management
- KPIs follow-up, dashboard design and maintenance, periodical reports of operations activities
- Management of process improvement and efficiency projects
- Relationship and control of the investment products providers
- Ensure data quality and collaborate with different other areas within the bank

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an **Investment Operations Specialist**.
- Analytical skills and Project management skills
- High knowledge of MS Windows (Excel, PowerPoint )
- High English level (written/ spoken)
- 3-5 years of experience in banking/ financial sector
- Experience in the settlement of equity transactions and financial event management
- Organised and Responsible
- High customer focused and processes improvement awareness
- Good team worker. Flexible and with initiative
- Used to work through goals and high workloads
