**Your tasks will be**:
Collaborate with the creation of systems in all the needs of the company

Guarantee the production with the specifications and conditions regarding time, quality and volumes.

Lead the analysis of processes and production methods.

Implementation of lean tools and methods. From shopfloor management, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, TPM, etc.

Identifying potential improvements to ramp up production volumes and efficiency.

Standardizing work processes, efficiently using resources in order to reduce
production costs.

Optimizing existing processes and production procedures, taking into account organizational, technological and work safety considerations.

Analyze layouts and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.

Work with Production and Logistics teams to identify potential improvements and their importance.
- Work together with Planning identifying priorities to focus on bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with purchasing to identify suppliers for tools, machinery and production equipment.
- Support legal department with contracts and technical specifications.
- Coordinate and supporting the commissioning of the new plant and machines.
- Lead external resources providing maintenance services and Identify key suppliers.
- Lead projects to stay within timelines and budget.
- Preparation of the corresponding technical documentation and manuals.
- Consulting on production development and improvement of operating results.
- Lead and create Lean trainings. Implementation of workshop and coaching of the production system on site.
- Implement continuous improvement processes and Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Workplace evaluation according to Methods Time Measurements and Ergonomic Assessment Worksheets.
- Identify key performance indicators that guarantee the evolution of the work done and the impacts on production.
- Deliver actions towards sustainability and environmentally safe.
- Support the entire organization.
- Report weekly to your manager.
- Promote the cleanliness, maintenance and good use of the facilities.
- Coordination and motivation of the human team as well as security surveillance.

**We think of you as a person with**:
Industrial Engineering degree or similar.

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

Industrial process experience in the automotive industry or similar is highly appreciated.

Black belt and Lean education will be very valuable.

Demonstrated ability to lead & inspire multi-disciplinary teams.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, highly innovative environment (startups or high-tech companies).

You have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with.

Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improving your products performance, quality, and cost.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must.
