English will be necessary as it is the universal communication language within the team. This role requires a proactive approach, goal orientation, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities include providing daily customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering exceptional service and sales. We do not engage in cold sales, allowing us to focus on potential clients and excellent customer service. **Requirements**: **Required Skills**: - Fluency in Danish or Swedish.
