Preventa especializada de productos y servicios (Servidores, Almacenamiento, Soluciones de virtualización)
- Dimensionamiento de proyectos y servicios
- Desarrollo, seguimiento y actualización de ofertas técnicas
- Soporte al área comercial
- Atención de incidencias de nível 2
- Escalado de incidencias a nível 3

**Requisitos**:
Ingeniero Técnico y/o Ciclo Grado Superior con experiência mínima de 2 años cumpliendo los siguientes requisitos tanto técnicos como funcionales:
**Requisitos técnicos**:

- Administración de sistemas Windows Server y Linux
- Virtualización con VMware vSphere, Hyper-V
- Microsoft 365
- Entornos clusterizados
- Cabinas de almacenamiento SAN de diferentes fabricantes
- Soluciones de copia de seguridad: Veeam
- Tecnologías: SQL, Exchange, SharePoint

**Requisitos funcionales**:

- Procedimiento administrativo de contratos públicos: interpretación de pliegos técnicos
- Nível conversación medio para contacto con clientes/proveedores
- Proactividad y dinamismo
- Orientación y buena disposición al trato al cliente
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Adaptación a entornos multicliente
- Soporte al área comercial

**Se valoran conocimientos y/o certificaciones en**:

- Certificaciones técnicas de fabricantes HPE, Microsoft, Dell, VMware, Veeam, IBM/Lenovo
- Capacidad para elaborar y colaborar en la preparación de ofertas de pliegos técnicos
- Idioma inglés a nível medio/alto para poder mantener conversaciones telefónicas
