Title: Account Support Analyst

Location: A Coruna, Spain

At NCR Voyix, we lead the IT transformation and are a strategic partner for our customers. From the Customer Operations Leader team, we need to recruit an account support/project manager skilled to lead the execution of one of our key accounts.

Their duties include, among others:
- Ticket tracking and organization.- Resource and supplier control.- Ticket tracking, until successful resolution.- Manual ticket ITS closure and exception handling.- SLA achievement.- Support with billing and database management.- Problem detection and service improvements.- Organization and coordination of project execution.- Preparation and monitoring of interventions.- Updating and distributing documentation.- Pre-validation of interventions.- Coordination with the client to report progress and improvements.- Written and spoken English.

Soft skills required for the position:
- Organizational skills.- Prioritization and escalation management.- Excellent client communication.- Accustomed to working under pressure and towards goals.- Strategic vision
