**The mission of this role**

Give support to the Quadpack FI department. In this role, you will learn about how multinational Record to Report (accounting) department works and you will expand your knowledge of accounting area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data vs budget with SAP software
- Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes
- Supervision of invoices accounting
- Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports
- Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits
- Customer and vendor balances reconciliation
- Assist with any other ad hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Education related to Accounting andor Finance
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Advanced English and Spanish level
- Available for an internship agreement
