**Job Description**:
As Global Decarbonisation Analyst, you will support the implementation and performance monitoring of the global decarbonisation strategy to ensure Brambles achieves it´s Paris-aligned emissions reductions targets and Regenerative Supply Chain ambitions.

Reporting into the Manager of Global Decarbonisation, this role will work closely with regional supply chain, procurement, engineering and finance teams to help drive decarbonisation along Brambles’ supply chain.

Scope : All Brambles regions and business units

Some of the key accountabilities of this role are:

- Support the implementation of Brambles’ global decarbonisation strategy, working closely with the Transformation Office and the regional responsible areas
- Support internal performance evaluation efforts on regional and global emissions reductions and progress versus yearly regional decarbonisation milestones
- Support the regional Supply Chain teams with establishing decarbonisation scorecards to track relevant KPIs
- Maintain and support the continuous evolution of regional decarbonisation roadmaps
- Help drive knowledge sharing between regional teams on specific decarbonisation opportunities, such as electrification, renewable energy or electric trucking, through active participation in dedicated Communities of Practice.
- Support with the modelling of the decarbonisation potential of specific initiatives to inform business cases and forecast their contribution to Brambles’ regional and global targets
- Extract data insights from supplier onboarding questionnaires and performance scorecards to inform the definition of supplier engagement programs on decarbonisation
- Support the Manager Global Decarbonisation with maintaining and updating Brambles’ interactive decarbonisation pathways model
- Support with the development of content for internal and external communications efforts
- Support the Global Sustainability Team in continuously improving the accuracy and completeness of Brambles’ global emissions footprint

What we look for:

- Desirable Qualifications: Master’s degree in Climate Change, Specific studies in Finance
- 3+ years of experience in climate change / sustainability
- Experience in processing complex datasets and drawing relevant data insights
- Experience in developing performance scorecards and PowerBI dashboards
- Expertise in global carbon accounting in line with internationally recognised standards such as The GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, GLEC Framework
- Experience in working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
- Experience with interpreting / developing financial business cases

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced PowerBI skills
- Data analytics and forecasting
- Carbon accounting
- Project management skills
- Ability to engage with direct and indirect team members and stakeholders

Languages

Essential: English. Desirable: Spanish

Preferred Education

Bachelors - Environmental Science, Bachelors - Finance

Preferred Level of Work Experience

3 - 5 years
