As the Remittances Product Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of our remittance products for the new pan-European Ecosystem. You will work closely with the payments and remittances product lead and cross-functional teams to define and implement our product strategy.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of our payment products - leading market research projects and innovating to gather key customer insight and inform both strategy and development of our product.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs.
- You will lead the product launch activities, including communication with stakeholders, market positioning, and pricing analysis.
- You will provide ongoing product performance analysis and market recommendations for improvement.
- You will lead the development of product marketing materials, including presentations, product sheets, and customer-facing communications and you will keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations.

**Role Requirements**
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires cross-collaboration among different stakeholders and partners.
- Significant experience in digital, payments, and/or retail banking is also a real plus.
- Previous experience with agile working methodologies is desirable along with strong digital analytical skills.
- A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills are welcome.
