**Project Manager - Renovation & Construction (Fluent English & Spanish Required)**

Golden Gate Living is expanding rapidly across the Costa del Sol, delivering premium villa and apartment renovations. We generate our own leads through expert marketing and are actively managing multiple high-value projects.

We’re now looking for an experienced, driven **Project Manager** to oversee contractor coordination, material timelines, and job delivery. This role is ideal for someone who can handle site-side management and wants to grow with a high-performance team.

Being involved at this stage means **access to significant profit share** and potential future equity — perfect for someone ready to be part of a lean, ambitious company from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend site visits and scope project details
- Coordinate with subcontractors and validate quotes
- Build and manage live Schedules of Works (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Oversee material sourcing and delivery (client-funded)
- Manage project timelines and communicate weekly updates
- Support sign-off stages and ensure high delivery standards

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English and Spanish is essential**:

- Proven experience managing renovation or construction projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors and validate labour and material costs
- Comfortable using digital tools (WhatsApp, spreadsheets, trackers)
- Based in or near Marbella with transport
- Organised, proactive, and focused on high-quality delivery

- Clear examples of quoting, managing timelines, and site coordination
- Experience that shows ownership of real job delivery
