Payments Operation Manager

Today, Guesty has 15 offices and 700+ team members across the globe.
One of our key strategic products is our payment processing solution, which provides property managers with a seamless and efficient way to collect and manage payments from guests.
We’re looking for a talented **Payments Operation Manager** to join the Payments team.
**Requirements**:
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform routine tasks with precision and efficiency.
- ** Results-Driven**: A strong focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering results, with a proven ability to get things done and see tasks through from start to finish.
- ** Multitasking & Prioritization**: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively without compromising quality.
- ** Analytical Mindset**: Proficient in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions with strong **Excel** skills for data analysis and reporting.
- ** Excellent Coordination & Communication**: Ability to effectively manage tasks and resources while clearly conveying information and fostering collaboration among team members.
- ** Initiative & Proactivity**:Decisive and capable of taking independent actions, demonstrating leadership when necessary, while remaining open to learning and adapting.
- ** Presentation Skills**: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- ** Quick learner** with a positive attitude and a team player.
- ** Fluent in English**: both written and spoken.
- ** Advantage**:Previous experience in payments, operations, or related fields is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks within the Payments department, such as reviewing processing accounts, handling user cases, and escalating issues.
- Work closely with end users (via the ticketing system, and calls), ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development, implementation, and documentation of operational procedures and tools.
- Assist in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics related to the Payments department to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate key metrics, performance insights, summaries, or operational updates.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
