Fraud Analyst

As a Fraud Analyst (f/m/d) of FREE NOW you are the specialist for detecting and investigating fraud cases in our international market-places. Your work will contribute directly to the ongoing success and growth of FREE NOW in one of the most innovative market environments of our times.

**The role**:

- Ensuring the mitigation of fraudulent activity and therefore working closely with our local teams
- Handling fraudulent transactions to our customers' satisfaction, while not fearing escalations if needed
- Being responsible for involving all stakeholders in the response to any fraud related incidents
- Deriving efficient fraud prevention measures and process optimisations in various departments in efficient cooperation with our fraud analysts
- Training our local markets in detecting and responding to fraudulent patterns
- Being in touch with local teams
- Identify fraudulent behaviours through data analysis
- Liaise with tech teams for the implementation of new features to reduce Fraud

**Requirements**:

- Between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Professional experience in the field of financial services, ideally in fraud-related processes
- A good ability to prioritise incoming escalations and requests appropriately
- Investigative skills combined with an out-of-the-box thinking style
- Pay attention to detail and develop a high sense of responsibility for the work field
- Very good communications skills and like to work in a team
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

The position can be based anywhere in Germany, Spain or Portugal and work remotely.
